- 750,000 acres of public land
- 1,600 miles of trails
- 100 miles of scenic views from I-90
- Hundreds of lakes, waterways and wetlands
- Dozens of campgrounds, museums and farms
- Over 650,000 new trees planted since 1995
- More than 4,000 volunteer in 2007
